We are looking for one or more Software Support Analyst(s) to join our team. This position is suitable for a full-time candidate or by more than one candidate working in a job-sharing capacity.
The successful candidate(s) will primarily provide 1st-line telephone, remote & email support to our clients, working in tandem with our in-house development team. He/she/they will also provide assistance to our developers on a general level.
This is an opportunity to become involved in a number of different and exciting projects in an expanding business.
You must have a calm & professional telephone manner and an analytical mind with the ability to "grasp the nettle". You will need a workable knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office systems, particularly MS Word and to a lesser extent MS Excel and MS Access. Whilst it is not a requirement to have a technical background, you will need to have a comfortable understanding of computer systems generally.
Experience of the solicitors' profession and/or bookkeeping would be an advantage, although not essential. It is more important that candidates should demonstrate a professional manner, common sense and an ability to learn quickly.
Above all, you must have genuine commitment, the right attitude and a desire to work hard. You must be adaptable and a team-player.
