family systems

We also have our own comprehensive “off the shelf” systems for family practitioners, with family client care, divorce, finances and children matters.  These guide you through the maze of family practice & procedure from the inception to conclusion of a matter file and include all the letters, documents & court forms that you will require. 

work type design

A separate program that allows you to create and re-create an infinite number of your own customised workflows for any type of work.  Without requiring any particular I.T. skills or knowledge, you will be able to develop your own workflows quickly & easily.

backup

The data & documents produced by our software will be safely stored off-site by our very own comprehensive backup solution.  Every night, your data & documents will be backed up, encrypted & transmitted to us electronically, put through our rigorous testing process and validated, before being stored safely on our secure server. For those practices that already back up through other means, we have a separate validation system providing a comprehensive tool to check and validate your backup against the SC@MS program. 

data conversion

We also offer a complete service to import data from your existing software system.  Our free data conversion tool is capable of importing data automatically from any .csv, .xml, .xls or .mdb file.  If it is necessary to offer a bespoke service (depending on the format of your existing data & your requirements) then we will give you a full no-obligation quotation.

Our software has many features to comply with your Client Care requirements, the latest Law Society’s Lexcel practice standard & the Legal Services Commission’s Specialist Quality Mark (Legal Aid). There are also numerous Supervision & Risk Management features, which include many anti-money laundering protective steps.
