The price will depend upon which system(s) & how many user licences you will want. We will discuss this with you & provide a written quote setting out your various options clearly. The important thing to remember is that we can and will work within any budget.
What do you receive?All prices include installation, user training, tailoring & 12 months maintenance & upgrades.
What about maintenance?No charge for the first 12 months. Thereafter, at your discretion, you may continue the maintenance service at 20% of the order value per annum.
Upgrades?Upgrades are free for the first 12 months. Thereafter you will continue to receive free upgrades with the maintenance service.
Your payment options?We offer flexible payment options on much more favourable terms than commercial finance businesses. Here are 3 of our standard options:
Option 1 - If you want to pay "up-front", you will receive a 10% discount. The price will not become payable until we have installed the software & you have received user training.
Option 2 - Alternatively, you may pay by 12 equal monthly instalments interest-free.
Option 3 - If you want to spread the payments over a longer period, you will pay interest equivalent to 9% per annum only. An extremely competitive rate with no additional charges.
Anything else to pay?No- there are no extra or hidden charges & once you have paid the price, the software is yours.
