Version 7 is here!
Version 7 of our software suite is now available to all new clients and as a free upgrade to our existing clients.

Many of the enhancements were suggested by exisiting users, from whom we encourage regular feedback.  We are happy to use this valuable information as an integral part of the ongoing development of our software.

This is consistent with our pro-active approach in providing a proper, first-class after-sales service.

Some of the main enhancements include:

  • Re-designing our integration with the on-line submission of the SDLT form.  This reduces dramatically the time taken to complete the form. The process also checks for accuracy, thus overcoming the much-publicised problems with scanning paper forms.  Best of all, there is no additional cost implication for our clients- it's a free add-on because we use the Inland Revenue’s own software
  • A new “Seamless Browse” function, which enables a user to browse the individual letters, documents, emails & file notes on a file without having to open and close each document
  • A new Client Interest facility, where the system will calculate automatically & at the click of a mouse button, any interest to be paid to a client on money held in a client and/or deposit account.
  • An enhancement to the Costs Search, to highlight all files that are approaching their respective costs limits for the file
  • The ability to export the results of any Search to MS Excel, or to the user's email software
  • The ability to print cheques from any Ledger by highlighting the relevant posting and clicking a “Print Cheque” button
  • The ability for each fee earner to attach an infinite number of MS Word and/or Excel template documents to each matter file
  • The facility to add pre-inserted "shortcut" text to quicken considerably the time taken whilst posting to Client & Nominal Ledgers
  • The automatic incorporation of a client's headed notepaper into letters and/or emails
  • An easily identifiable colour scheme for Bank Reconciliations, to make "unticked" items appear more prominent, thus eradicating the possibility of user error
