Family Systems

There is a common misconception that case management software is suitable only for "factory" conveyancing or high-volume personal injury work. In other words, work types that are inherently repetitive in their nature.

We are rapidly disproving that myth.

We understand that family work is completely different and therefore requires a much greater degree of flexibility in its approach.

When, for example, did you last experience two identical ancillary relief matters!

Mindful of its diverse nature, our software has the ability to adapt to all areas of family work.

Level 1 - File Management

Our files system is at the core of our case management solution for simple yet effective file management.  Click here for further details.

You can carry out and store all of your work in files regardless of whether the file relates to a divorce, children or other matter.

A number of family practices throughout the U.K. are currently benefitting enormously from using files.

Level 2 - Family Systems

For those practices looking for workflow as well as file management, our ever-increasing "off the shelf" family systems are ideal. Created exclusively for family practitioners and fully compliant with the Family Procedure Rules & Resolution Code of Practice, the family systems integrate seamlessly with our files system.

The family systems contain all of the letters, forms and other documents that you will ever need, which are generated at the click of a mouse button.  They assist you in completing a matter from start to finish. Relevant data is inserted into the documents automatically.

The system guides you through a sequence of suggested steps, but importantly, allows you to deviate from and return to a given path whenever necessary. You, and not the software, remain in control.

We have, or are currently developing, family systems for the following areas:

  • Client Care – for general family work
  • Divorce – for Petitioners & Respondents
  • Civil Partnerships - for Applicants & Respondents
  • Finances – including Forms A, E, P, P1, P2, D81, H & H1
  • Children - including Forms C78, C79 & C100
  • Domestic Violence
  • Family Mediation
  • Collaborative Law
Other Systems

Alternatively, you may use our work type design system to create your own unique and flexible workflow systems. The work type design is logical & easy to use, requiring no special I.T. skills.

We also have our accounts system for legal accounts and reports system for practice management.   Both integrate seamlessly with our family systems.
