Beashel Solicitors started up in practice at the beginning of 2007 concentrating on a niche area in family childcare work.
As a new practice, it was imperative that Beashel Solicitors should find a software system that would be up and running with the minimum of fuss and provide them with meaningful benefit from the outset.
After carefully evaluating & discounting systems offered by other software suppliers, they chose our integrated files, accounts & reports package, to be paid for in 12 monthly interest-free instalments. Ironically, this was at roughly half the cost of a competitor's "virtual" system that was recommended to them on the grounds of price!
The installation & initial user-training took place before the grand opening and we returned for follow-up training a few weeks later. As with all of our clients, we maintained regular contact, particularly in the early days, to ensure that they would obtain full value for their outlay.

Of our software:
"The system is very easy to understand and work your way around and produces letters at the push of a button. It is great how clearly everything is set out and the system prompts you to do things you may have forgotten to do. It won't let you go to another document without saving what you are doing. This is a fantastic feature as in theory you can never lose any work!"
Of our service:
"It is great that you are only a telephone call away, and are able to come on with remote assistance to sort out any problems. This saves time as you don’t have to wait for somebody to come out to the office to solve the problem."
When asked what we could do better and how:
"Nothing."
